Shipping Within the UAE
At present, we are delighted to offer shipping services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. However, please be aware that certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may pose challenges for our delivery services. In such cases, rest assured that we will promptly notify you upon receiving your order. If it is determined that delivery to your specific location is not possible, we will arrange for a full refund of your order amount.
The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery Schedule
We understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedules as closely as possible. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you within the stipulated time frame. However, please be mindful that there may be unforeseen circumstances that could lead to minor variations in the delivery time, usually within a window of plus or minus 2 hours. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities for all orders received before 12.00 PM shall be done same day or next day for all orders after 12.00 PM.

Refund Policy:
Perishable Products
Given the nature of our products, which are highly perishable, we regret to inform you that we do not entertain any requests for refunds or returns. Our commitment to delivering the freshest goods means that once an order has been accepted, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Inspecting Goods Upon Delivery
However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If, upon receiving your order, you find the goods are not in proper order and do not meet the expected quality standards, you have the right to address the issue at that very moment. Please inspect the items carefully, and if you find any discrepancies or issues, inform our delivery personnel immediately.
Resolution Process
In the event of receiving goods that are not in the expected condition, we offer two options for resolution:

We will promptly arrange for the replacement of the substandard items with fresh ones to ensure your satisfaction.

Full Refund:
Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the goods replaced, we will process a full refund for the affected items. Please note that the delivery, once accepted, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancellation:
Customer can cancel their order within 1 hour; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
